Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Shapeify. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@shapeify.com. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to complete the process smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days for this process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@shapeify.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Free of Damage: Items must be free from signs of wear or damage, unless they arrived damaged.

Exchanges / Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund, minus any shipping charges.

  • Return Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after this period may not qualify for a refund.
  • Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@shapeify.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
  • Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at support@shapeify.com.
